We have classes for all levels and styles! If you aren't sure which classes to take, just shoot us an email or stop by the office and we can help. Adults are welcome in all Teen classes, or try our Adults Only U-Jam fitness classes. Please note that classes are approximately 55 minutes in length due to our COVID-19 between-class cleaning procedures. CLASS STYLES
Aerial Silks: This class will build upper body and core strength, increase range of motion and flexibility, and develop your creativity, all while hanging from the silks. *Aerial Silks classes do not qualify for payment breaks with dance classes. Ask the office for more information regarding the Aerial Silks payment plans.

Ballet: The foundation of all dance styles, ballet builds strength, grace, discipline and correct body placement.

Hip Hop: Upbeat and structured form of street dance designed to teach coordination, strength, agility and endurance.

Jazz: Stylized and technical form of dance. Students fare best with a background in ballet.

Lyrical: Combination of ballet and jazz technique. More expressive in nature, relating to the spirit, nature, joy and freedom of the individual dancer.

Contemporary: Expressive dance that fuses modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet and explores the total movement potential of the body.

Tap: Teaches increasingly challenging combinations of steps that develop rhythm, musicality and coordination.

DRESS CODE & SHOES


Aerial Silks: Fitted athleticwear such as leotard and tights or leggings and tight shirt, barefeet

Ballet: All classes wear a black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in a bun. Ballet skirts or shorts may be worn but could be asked to be removed.

Contemporary: Fitted athleticwear, half-sole shoes

Hip Hop: Loose clothing, tennis shoes

Jazz: Fitted athleticwear, jazz shoes

Jazz Funk: Fitted athleticwear, jazz shoes

Lyrical: Fitted athleticwear, half-sole shoes

Tap: Comfortable clothing, black tap shoes
