Elite Company members are dancers who desire an accelerated training program in various styles of dance with quality training for competitive dance. Dancers will focus on weekly training, choreography, performance opportunities, and convention/competition events throughout the season. This is the most intensive level of the program and dancers must show serious work ethic, possess excellent technical skills, and be a positive team member to be a part of this company. It is a serious commitment by the dancer and family.

Elite Company members must be at least 7 years old to be considered and will participate in the Competition Preview Show, the Company Showcase, two CDC summer intensives, four to five regional competitions, one regional convention, and some community performances. They are eligible for solos, duos, trios and group routines. They take a minimum of five hours of technique class per week in addition to their rehearsal time to learn routine choreography.

Commitment: August-June. Placement audition is required.
