TEENY TUMBLERS & PRESCHOOL GYMNASICS

TEENY TUMBLERS
Ages 1-3

Introduce your toddler to the world of gymnastics! This class is a free play/open gym format where your toddler will learn listening and social skills, play fun games and make new friends, and increase flexibility and motor function.
Non parent accompaniment class.

PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
Ages 3-5

These classes are a great way to introduce your little one to the world of Tumbling & Gymnastics!

PRIMARY GYMNASTICS

Your child will learn a variety of developmentally appropriate gymnastics skills in a safe, kid-friendly, environment. This class will work on strength, balance, flexibility, and cognitive skills for ages 5-8.
Non parent accompaniment class.

SECONDARY GYMNASTICS
Ages 8-12

All classes take place at our Anderson location in Studio 1.

TUMBLING

Ages 6+

Take your training to the next level! Providing cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts with the skills necessary to become good tumblers, students will spend time working on strength and tumbling drills

DRESS CODE: Gym leotard preferred for girls or fitted athletic wear. No jewelry. Hair in ponytail. Boys will wear athletic wear. All go barefoot.

TUMBLING

Boys Tumbling ages 5-12 | Fridays 4:00-5:00pm | Arianna | Anderson Studio 1

Work on strengthening handstands, cartwheels, bridges and rolls, along with basic drills for round offs and walkovers. After mastering the Beginning Tumbling skills, work on perfecting round offs, handsprings and walkovers.

AERIAL SILKS

AERIAL SILKS (Ages 8+)

Learn the amazing art of Aerial Silks, or continue your training with our higher level classes. All classes take place at our Anderson location in Studio 1.

Level 1 is for beginner to intermediate students.

Level 2/3 is for intermediate to advanced students and by invitation only.

Open Level is open for all levels of students.
