PREMIER COMPANY

Premier Company is a competitive training program for dancers looking to advance their technique, performance quality, and versatility across multiple dance styles. Dancers develop their skills through weekly training, choreography, competitions, and performance opportunities while building dedication, confidence, and teamwork.

The Commitment – August-June. Placement audition is required.

Premier Company requires dedication, strong work ethic, and a commitment to consistent training and team participation.

Throughout the season, dancers will:

- Attend the Audition Prep Workshop and audition.Enroll in a minimum of four weekly technique classes based on their technique level and assigned routines.

- Attend weekly 30-minute choreography rehearsals from September through May.

- Participate in four out-of-town competitions and one out-of-town convention.Attend the five-day Driven Dance Intensive, August Choreography Boot Camp, and Technique Boot Camp.

- Attend both Preview rehearsals.Perform in the Christmas Showcase, Spring Recital, and Company Showcase.

- Participate in team bonding events, including the Team Sleepover, Friendsgiving, and Team Dinner/IP Rally.

- Purchase the required team jacket and team tank.

- Participate in up to three group routines.

Additional technique classes are encouraged, and participation in The Nutcracker is highly recommended for the experience.
